Re: JSON export lag , freezing

Yes, I have also noticed that the JSON export overestimates the time remaining, often looks like it's not going to work, but almost always comes through. I'll recommend another cool macOS (Mojave-compatible) tool, free monitoring of CPU,disk,RAM, and network activity in the menu bar, highly customiz...

Re: Keystrokes for android version

With a bluetooth keyboard or the keyboard case that goes with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, there are functions that seem not to be able to be sent. Right-click, mouse wheel (from a bluetooth mouse), and a bunch of other ones didn't work. Tilt/azimuth does work correctly, which is very nice for a porta...

Re: Old full Android version for free too?

I picked up a secondhand Galaxy Tab s3 (4GB of RAM) and I can confirm that tvp pro runs pretty good with it. The best part is that you get true Wacom EMR (batteryless) with Tilt Altitude/Azimuth control--even with the Cintiq 18SX pen, strangely. But the Noris Digital / Staedtler pen is really great,...

TVP Animation 11 Pro (11.0.8 64 bit) on macOS 10.14 Mojave = Works Fine

Your results may vary, but the community may be interested to know that, aside from having to recalibrate the Cintiq, everything went smoothly for me with TVP on the first developer beta of macOS 10.14 Mojave.

Re: keyboard replacement/additional hardware?

schwarzgrau, your pic that you posted with the Razer Orbweaver showed a Nostromo with the Razer logo on the palmrest. I had known that Belkin revised the Nostromo once after the orange and black one that I had (N52->N52TE), but I didn't realize there was a Razer one, too. I since have picked one up ...

Re: Unproportional (uniform) scaling

Although you don't have the 'warp' sub-option (within the transform button's menu), you can use the 'perspective' transform tool. In that tool, if you hold shift and click one of the square handles on a long side (not corner), you can isolate the transformation along that axis.

Re: keyboard replacement/additional hardware?

I used the Belkin Nostromo N52 Speedpad (obtained for $10 from BestBuy) for about ten years until the wheel stopped working (which I used for timeline controls), so I switched to a 'Razer Naga 2014' left-handed mouse with a lot of buttons on the side (purchased cheap, also, because the laser for cur...

Re: Change the hotkey for zooming for use with iPad Pro

What do you want to do to zoom in via Astropad? Press a non-standard hotkey? If you're desiring to pinch/spread to zoom in and out, then that's probably unlikely. I have a similar setup (iPad Pro via Astropad) available. I can set up a Controllermate script for you and you can use the free Controlle...

Re: Android Tablets with Stylus Tilt Support

Besides the Wacom Mobile Studio / Companion, I'm not aware of any other portable setups that offer tilt. This was the video that piqued my curiosity: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nt9ut6tWNw I do notice that in November 2014 Samsung announced the "Advanced S Pen" with rotation & tilt support. ( h...

Android Tablets with Stylus Tilt Support

Hello All! In light of the recent news that the Android TVPaint is now available for free, I'm interested in having a portable (and dongle-free) option, especially if the stylus might also include tilt support (specifically for 'azimuth'). One of my students showed me the TVPaint Android beta on an ...

This is a job for ControllerMate. Easy to use and works great with no noticeable performance hit. $25.

Half-Erase (50% Opacity) - Red/Green/Blue/Black/All

I noticed that there are a couple of requests for erasing half of the opacity of a channel. Some scripts distort the resulting blue toward green. I addressed this by adjusting the tv_pixelmatrix to be .5 for the color channel being reduced. This means reducing the blue by half would be "tv_pixelmatr...
