Is there a hotkey for new layer? I can't seem to even assign it in keyboard shortcuts. Seems strange, one of the most pressed commands for me.

I don't know what I pushed, but right now when I add an effect to the FX stack, it deletes the previous effect. I used to be able to add multiple FX at a time then preview and apply. I am doing a lot of coloring right now, and was wondering if there is a hotkey for "Next Instance". I looked in the manual but didn't see one. It would be a time saver to hit that instead of scrubbing with the arrow keys/
