Re: FXstack management

Thank you all. It's still an unfinished test but your responses are very encouraging.
(I assume the comments are directed at the animated effect and not the step-by-step process to combine Fx stacks  )

I look forward to seeing the updates to the FX Stack hopefully in the next release.

Re: FXstack management

Just recently, I also needed to combine stacks and discovered a workaround that accomplishes that objective. The exported FX stacks are stored in an array as a text file so combining stacks is just a matter of copying and pasting the data from one into the other. There is a caveat; each file has a s...

Re: Any good example using TVPaint for games?

That looks fantastic, Lam. A Zelda-like Action-RPG I presume.

Is this gif in-game or a mock-up created in TVPaint? Are you using Unity, Unreal, GM:Studio, or another game engine?

Re: SLOCUM at sea with himself LAUNCHED

Purchased!!! I only had time to watch a small portion of it but I'm very pleased so far. The settings and art style make for a very captivating piece of entertainment and the music blends everything together. That Shay Lynch is quite a talent. I have no doubt the rest of the production will continue...

I'm not experienced or skilled enough to offer any advice, I can only offer my praise and admiration. Great stuff, Mr. Nathan! I especially like the Alice's falling sequence, that was very creative!

Re: Student Discount

The directions are listed on the student purchase page directly under the shipping costs. Its really easy to miss even with the mandatory checkbox

All you have to do is send a copy of your student id to student@tvpaint.com. Make sure the expiration date is clearly visible!

Re: Pressing right would really loop the images

Hey Loumizhu: Here is a solution for you.... The default for the Right Arrow Key is "Exposure: Go to Next Instance". Instead of using "Go to Next Instance", assign "Exposure: Next Loop" to the Right Arrow Key or another key if you like in the Shortcuts menu. Using "Next Loop" moves to the next insta...
