Re: Can't Open TVPaint

You might be able to get it to run on Windows 10 if you create a new user account and install TVPaint on that account . You'll have to log in to that account to use TVPaint.

Re: Can't Delete Layer

Hi, Ive just downloaded TV Paint and I can't seem to delete animation layers, for example rough sketch layers. I can hide them but really I want to delete them to stop a messy timeline. Re: $230 To turn my 7 page colored original comic book into a 1 minute action anime

I have an original comic book (at the link below) that I want turned into a short action anime. My budget is $230. As others have pointed out , there is no professional animator who would consider doing the job for that price. When your budget is that small, it's time to start learning how to do an...

Re: Mac OS High Sierra

Here is some distressing information for anyone with an older Cintiq (DTZ-2100 model 21UX) A friend of mine who is a storyboard artist contacted Wacom Support regarding the driver update , whether it's compatible with High Sierra and this is their reply to him: "We have two versions of the Cintiq 21...

Re: Paint bucket not working

I've tried using the rectangle fill tool and although it does the job, it thickens the lines that are not meant to be shape contour (like the hairs of my character). Please look at the attached images to see what I mean. About the Filled Rectangle : I think this is probably also a case where you ma...

Re: Paint bucket not working

However, I did not understand the purpose of painting the character in black first. I thought he would use it as a stencil, but finally it was useless. Or did I missed something because it's 5am ? Around the 5:51 mark [ https://youtu.be/Y5GBwEE6jgE?t=351 ] he explains how he uses the solid b...

Re: Paint bucket not working

I also suspect the Range is set too high. You can use a high Range number , but you must have NO GAPS in your lines. (or if your line style intentionally has gaps or breaks in the line , then you must use the Gap Closer , or you can close off the gaps with a colored line (red, green , or blue) that ...

Re: WIP Party Time

Well, it's good to see program developers actually interested in what users do instead of adding stuff that no one asked and breaking what was working before. One of the things I LOVE about TVPaint and the people at TVPaint Development Co. ! Interesting that you rough out your work in TVPaint , the...
