Re: TVPaint 11.5 crashes if I use the new fullscreen shortcut
Hi,
Once you are on your account page, in the "Downloads section", you should have "trial version" just under "My Software (Lockcode).
You can also access this page by clicking "Trial version" on the left of the screen.
If not, let us know.

Re: Mac OS Catalina, Mojave and High Sierra (update 08/10/2019)
Hello, Unfortunaly, the only version of TVPaint that will works on MacOS Catalina is TVPaint 11 in 64bits. You can install TVPaint 10 in 64 bits on Catalina but the only thing you will get is a grey window because the source code is too old to work properly on the current MacOS. I'm sorry to say tha...

Re: Coronavirus COVID-19 and TVPaint
Hi ! I see you are using TVPaint Animation 10 Pro, is it the 64bits version ? Unfortunaly, the 64bits of TVPaint 10 version does not work on MacOS Mojave, but the 32bits version should works. Could you try it please ? On MacOS 10.15 and higher (Catalina) only TVPaint 11 in 64bits version will works.

Re: 11.0.9 - brush lag
Hi,
An update with a small fix for the brush lag is available for download.
I must warn you, for some complex brush like the "Fire" brush, the lag can still be noticed.
I can't remove it completely or else jagged line issue will be back.

Thanks,
I'll run some tests and do the investigation. I hope to find lines of code which are guilty for this.

Re: 11.0.9 - brush lag
Hi,
Can you please send us your brush which lag ? After some tests, it seems to happen only with custom brushes.
I'm pretty sure this lag is caused by the fix for the jagged lines issue. I'll try to correct this.

Re: 11.0.9 dropping frames
Hi, I have fixed the issue (it should be available to download soon), it only happens on 64bits version by the way. Daninski, just to be sure we are talking about the same issue, can you do a little test please ? Open one of your project in TVPaint 11.0.9 and launch the playback. Then, do not touch ...

Re: Grey screen on Mac
Hi ! Unfortunaly, TVPaint 10 in 64bits is no longer working on MacOS Mojave and above. This is fixed in TVPaint 11 actually but you can use the 32bit version of TVPaint 10, it will work on MacOS Mojave... but not on the future version of MacOS because Apple is dropping 32bit support. Hope it will he...

Re: Mac OS High Sierra & Mojave (update 01/08/2018)
Any word on Catalina compatibility on Mac? Hi, It's too soon for now. I will try to download and install the beta this summer to see if there is any problem with this version of MacOS. As Apple will stop compatibility with 32bits software, we will release a 64bits version of the Standard edition.

Re: Mac High resolution monitors not supported in 2019
Hi Johannes,
Unfortunaly, I have no other solution to provide you at that moment and I doubt we will be able to do something for TVPaint 11. However, we have hope, for the next version, to use a new engine that should work better for high resolution screen.
Sorry we can't do more for now.

Re: Mac High resolution monitors not supported in 2019
Hi jeremyN, i just noticed that all you interface, even the menu bar is much smaller than my interface, so it seems to be a MacOS setting. But even if i change the scale in system settings i do not get the result you have. Menu bar compared: screenshot-scaled.png Setting scale to 'More space' _ 201...

Re: Mac High resolution monitors not supported in 2019
Hi, here is a screenshot of my desktop with TVPaint (interface scale is 1) and photoshop. Each project is 1500x1500 and each zoom factor is 100%.
Strange your 1500x1500 project is "bigger" on your screen than mine.

Re: Mac High resolution monitors not supported in 2019
Hi, I have an iMac 5K at the office and TVPaint is not pixellated when I run it. Did you try to upscale the interface ? Settings.png Please, go to preferences -> interface -> interface scale and change it to 2 (or 3 but it will be really big in this case !) And be sure to not run the software in &qu...
