The shortcuts are assigned to the navigation key of the keyboard.
Insert key will reset.
Shift+PageUP/Down will rotate.

The background color type (none/color/check), BgcolorA and BgcolorB are saved within the templates. This happens when you draw slowly, with any tool that is not opaque.
It is not related to tablet, imho, because it happens also with mouse.

Maybe a problem with the sampling rate at low speed and the way the lines are drawn... ?

Remember that you can set the "Tools Brush : change size" function to any key.
Hit the key and slide the stylus, the pen size will change.

In the wacom panel, you can set the double-clic buton to act like a key.
Set it to "%".
in TVPaint perfs/configure keyboard shortcuts assign :
% - Tools Brush: Change size

(I tryed the same with MMB assigned to dcbutton, does not work.)
