The Warp Tool - Is it possible to set key frames with the warp tool and have the in-betweens automatically created?
Thanks!
It's not possible (yet) but has been requested and I believe it is on the developer's "To Do" list .

Re: Is there a way to set Start Frame to 1 by default?
However, Thierry found out yesterday that if you import a footage, it always start at 0 by default, which shouldn't be the case if your previous file was not starting at 0. Indeed, but this happens only when you import a footage as a new project: if you import it as a new clip, the Starting Frame v...

Re: Pen cursor problem in 11.03
Monday , December 19 , 2016 - For the record , this issue of the pen cursor randomly changing from Cross to Arrow was just reported to me by one of the other artists working on the project that I'm working on. He wondered if I had encountered the issue and how to fix it . Here is the odd thing: noth...

Re: multi monitors on Mac
Things are still as I remembered : on Mac, TVPaint is unable to remember its position on 2 monitors when you quit it. Ok, thanks for confirming. That's odd that when I first went back to using two monitors that it was able to remember the position stretched over two monitors (Macbook Pro + Cintiq),...

Re: Alt doesn't work with wacom on mac
Hi, Peter - ALT with the Pen works for me . I have one of my Wacom tablet's express keys assigned as ALT . It works with that and also with holding down the keyboard ALT. I'm on Mac OS 10.11 using either an Intuos Pro or Cintiq 21 UX . But for me ALT has always only been to Pan , it does not Zoom . ...

multi monitors on Mac
After a few years of using TVPaint on my Cintiq with the Cintiq as the main monitor , I decided that even with arranging my 'Rooms' a certain way for maximum efficiency, that I would really like to go back to the way I used to have it with TVPaint stretched over two monitors from left to right , so ...

Re: Dust and Dirt Cleaner FX?
But again, if you are drawing digitally with a Wacom tablet (or any digitizing tablet) there is no "dust" or dirt , no marks on the image that you don't intentionally draw. The image you posted earlier showed a character with many little "dot" marks on it in the interior of the c...

Re: Dust and Dirt Cleaner FX?
I really wonder how one ends up with speckles of that size in the artwork. Any dust filter needs to discriminate between lines (wanted) and dust (not wanted), usually by erasing anything smaller than the line width. Speckles which are of the same size as the lines can't be erased automatically. Tha...

Re: Dust and Dirt Cleaner FX?
tvpaint doesn't really have a filter that can guess which pixels you like and which you dont. but there is a way to quickly erase them: circle those bits with the "Filled stroke tool", you will find it in the pull down under the top left (stroke) button of the mainpanel. apply while holdi...

Re: Dust and Dirt Cleaner FX?
Sorry! The Image is big and I draw on 4K monitor and I really don't how to draw on 4K monitor too. The Image isn't cropped. You only need to resize your image to smaller dimensions (not 4K) before uploading to the forum page . But I don't know how to resize from a 4K monitor. Too big ...too small, ...

Re: colour change problem
the cursor doesn't change (it should be an arrow with a question mark), but it does the job : if you click anywhere on the screen after clicking on the source color, it will change. In my experience many new users are confused by the cursor changing to ? mark instead of the usual "eyedropper&q...
