Re: Config samples
Hi Xavier, When I updated to 11.5 TVPaint wouldn't start because it said that it couldn't find the dongle (it was plugged in and I tried everything) . Does that count as a crash as well? I have since gone back to the previous version of TVPaint because I couldn't afford to spend too much time rearra...

Re: Update to TVPaint Animation v11.5 crash
Hello, I seem to have the same problem now. Last friday when I updated I got the same message that TVPaint could not find the dongle. I replugged the dongle and after that everything worked. This morning TVpaint would not allow me acces because it can't find the dongle again. Replugging doesn't help...

TVPaint 11.5 upgrade questions
As a long time TVPaint user I have dongle and a licence for TVP 11.
With the TVP 11.5 dongleless system will I be able to switch from having my licence on the dongle to the 'webdepot' ?'
If so, how do I do that?
And will I ever need my dongle after that or can I just throw it away?

Re: Azimuth FlatPencils
Hi Epiney,
I created these brushes a long time ago in a previous version of TVpaint so I think you should be able to import them in TVPaint 10.
Have you tried installing them with "Force Install" checked?
Best, Michael

... For those who don't know me, I was a developper at TVPaint for 7 years, developping the Linux version of TVPaint and huge well-know functionnalities in the software, like the CTG Layer, the V11 new deformation tool, the Texturizer, the Brush Spreading and Inlay texture FXs, or the Share Manager...

Re: Farewell !
Thank you, Fabrice, for taking the time to inform us about these developments. It saddens me to read that such a large part of the team has left after doing such great work for so long a time. The software has progressed so much over the last years and I was really looking forward to where it was go...

Re: Farewell !
Wow, I must admit that I am a little upset..! I always assumed that the team was too busy after winning that Ubi Iwerks prize in february, but now I read that things have taken a turn for the worse...?! It feels extremely unfair to me since you are both such an important part of TVP's success! And a...

Re: 3d in Tvpaint?
Although the original post thread is not really about 3d but about rigging and integrating master controllers in a character, I have to say that I don't understand where this opposition against more 3d functionality comes from. For example the new perspective tool (Guidelines > Vanish point) has bee...

I think both your suggestions make sense, David. (And thanks, btw)
It was Peter's confusing post that I was commenting on.

So it's just the right click function for the pen button.
