Re: Is there a way to save color groups as default?
Why don't you just create two short GEORGE scripts to save and load custom layer rgb color assignments to/from a file or series of files? tv_layercolor command set seems tailor-made for what you want to do. The command set can also be used to show/hide, select, deselect by color groups as well. sve...

Re: Is there a way to save color groups as default?
Hello Joost, this option is not available. Since each projet can have its own set of color groups, this might create conflicts when loading .tvpp files from other users. It can still be discussed with the dev team if there is demand for it. Thanks for your reply! I don't understand why this decisio...

Is there a way to save color groups as default?
Hi! I would like to change some of the colours of the "colour groups". I already addressed once before that this is a bit of a hassle, but that's not my question now. Is there a simple way to make the new colour groups I have created the "default groups"? Now I have to import my ...

Re: macOS Monterey and TVPaint Animation 11 [UPDATE 17/06/2022]
How strange, when I was posting my question, the latest post was from June this year.
I don't know what happened, maybe I just didn't notice the most recent page... Sorry!
Thanks for your reaction!
I will give it a try.
But will TVP 11.7 also work perfectly in OS Monterey?

Hey hey,
I would like to update my mac to the newest OSX. Will TVP 11.7 run without any issues these days?
Thanks!

Re: Selecting layer mistakes TVP 11.7
Thanks for the responses! I mostly select (make active) my layer by clicking on the frame I'm working in. But clicking ON the frame itself does nothing. I have to click underneath the frame to select the layer. Take a look at my screen capture. If I want to select multiple layers I found out that cl...

Re: Selecting layer mistakes TVP 11.7
Nobody else has this issue?
I keep working in the wrong layer constantly.
TVPaint team, did anything change the way selecting a layer (make layer active) works?
Thanks!

Selecting layer mistakes TVP 11.7
Hi, I noticed that I'm more often accidentally working in "the wrong layer" since using TVP 11.7. It seems to be harder to select the layer you want, when working fast. So when I think I have selected a layer, it happens a lot that it did not select it after all, and I'm still working in t...

Re: TVP 11.7 crashes sometimes when duplicate layer
It never crashed again after my last post. So maybe my mac had just a bad day
I will keep you posted if it ever occurs again.

Re: TVP 11.7 crashes sometimes when duplicate layer
It only happens very occasional. And I can't reproduce it...
As soon as it happens again, I will try to send you some details/proof!

TVP 11.7 crashes sometimes when duplicate layer
Hi there,
This might also happened to me a couple of times before in TVPaint 11.5.3 but TVPaint 11.7.0 has crashed a couple of times when duplicating multiple layers.
Details about my setup can be found in my profile description.
Is this a known issue?

Re: Instance before current instance
Thanks for the elaborate reply! I think I might not have expressed myself correctly. I meant, add an instance at the beginning of a layer. So before the first frame/instance. When I do this, it always moves my layer. The button I shared above solved this issue. (it also prevents the moving of the ot...
