and for the second question, what's your setting for the auto-backup option ?
at least, if your last Save file is dead, you should recover the n-1 backup.

Re: bonjour a tous et toutes

Re: Clip : Layers Structure > PSD - Layer Choice
or alternatively :
- Ctrl-Select the unwanted layers, RMB-Selected Layers Delete,
- Export PSD (Layers Structure)
- then, once the Export done, Hit key to Undo the last Delete action,
and so to recover all the initial stuff.

Re: Execute command line with TVP
afaik, ( tv_WriteUserString and tv_ReadUserString work as expected, they are used in many scripts from the content sharing section, to store and retrieve tvpaint data (text or values) from one session to the other, these 2 commands require " Section " and " Argument " parameters,...

Re: Execute command line with TVP
... Is there a way to execute a command line from within TVP? I'm not sure to understand what's you're exactly looking for, but you can embed any script command in a custom button, then assign this button (the embedded command) to a shortkey, you also have a special command to launch a longer scrip...

Re: Split an instance
... So the answer I guess is to just make it clearer to users that there are new default panels with new features and that the user can, if they want to, upgrade them because otherwise, I would not know to do that. it's clear enough imo, when a new tvpa update is released, before downloading and in...

Re: Particles: constant population
I need a hint for settings to get particles which are "just there" instead of being created during the animation. So far I extended lifetime as well as pre-render time, but still the particles just pop up and then slowly fade. the particles number is keyframable, when you want to stop the...

... Is there a work around for this, or did I not configure my brushes properly? Right-clic on the drawing tool which should have no texture, edit it and add this command line : tv_paper Active 0 then, "OK" twice and it's done, your second tool should have now the paper switched off. 8) p...

Re: Using TVpaint for Illustration and graphic novel
another primordial point to be mentionned imo is to work whenever possible on a "calibrated" screen display, some factory's default color calibration are really awfull, (I mean for 90% of non-professional display hardwares targeted at the general public), the brands use to flatter your eye...

Re: Exporting Issue,Image tend to be less sharper than they
Any image comparison should only be done 1:1, so you need to look at the 100% view in TVP. +1 to compare the "real thing", you must display at 100% both the source and the output (image of the tvpp project / exported image), to avoid any artifact or loss resulting of the display with subp...
