I already had this problem when exporting set of .tga graphics for programmers and since then, I ALWAYS save in non pre-multiplied alpha... otherwise there are always black outlines.
As far I know, it's not related to TVPaint but to the picture format itself.

Just by accident I noticed that the pencil width changes with the scroll wheel of the mouse!
The same with the (Wacom) touch strip too, and it's buggy sometime, nothing to see with TVP though.

C'est dommage parce que tvpaint fait exactement ce que vous recherchez... Par contre, ce qui vous conviendrait le mieux, serait un outil " wysiwyg " ( w hat y ou s ee i s w hat y ou g et), autrement dit, d'un coté, vous auriez les éléments (joueurs, but, ballons, drapeaux, etc.), de l'autr...
