Toutefois TVPaint Animation 11.0.6 n'a plus ces soucis (je viens de tester en reprenant vos spécifications : fichier wav depuis Adobe Audition, etc. ça marche sans problème).
En effet : 7 ans déjà nous séparent de la conception de TVPaint Animation 10.

c'est bizarre en effet. Parfois les packs de codecs créent plus de problèmes qu'ils n'en résolvent.
On peut essayer de lire votre fichier ici avec une v10 pour voir si ça marche, mais en l'état j'avoue ne pas savoir ce qui bloque chez vous.

ok. à priori ça devrait passer. Au pire, essayez d'installer la version 32 bits, ça ne fonctionne pas de la même façon dans la v10 et ça pourrait passer pour les imports audio/video. hmm ... we can't reproduce the bug here and no user has reported this type of bug.
Maybe can you share your configuration folder with us ? so we can try to reproduce the issue ?
