why the scale tool break every single frame?
Hi tvpaint buddies,
I use the scale tool to enlarge my drawings (some of them are on 2, on 4). Whenever I apply my scale tool, it breaks my frame into single frame. Please let me know if I am doing something not right or the setting is wrong.

I want to animate a station scene with many characters walk around the area. I want to animate the walk cycle first and you Keyframe motion to drag them from point A to point B. Can we do that? Can anyone please show me how? thank you
