Re: sketch panel eraser size?

... Zig proposition works as well, but it deletes script commands :) yeap, I was a bit too fast, once your modification done, I forgot one step in my process, RMB-clic on the magic eraser icon, > Edit , LMB-Click on "Tool : Airbrush " (command line 0), and select " Grab Cur...

Re: How to create a tool that selects a specific layer?

ultra-fast service ! 8)

a last note about this handy tool :
if you have several layers with the same "sketch" name,
the script will select always the upper one.

Re: How to create a tool that selects a specific layer?

thanks Thierry, cool script and button freely configurable,
for the layer's name, as for the tool's type and settings 8)
(just to mention it, a little mis-typing in your panel's name :
"select-sketcg", a "h" in place of the "g" would suit better)

Re: sketch panel eraser size?

hi oellen, and welcome ! ... For instance if I set the eraser to 5 pixels, then go back and do some drawing with the pen, then come back to the eraser I'd like it to still be at 5 pixels and not have reset itself to 25. Is this possible? ... of course it's possible, - first, for security, RMB-clic i...

Re: "Stamp" image unable to deselect

to leave your current selected custombrush, you just have to select another drawing tool, such as the Pen tool f.i.

Re: Camera tool is dead!

your cropped screengrab don't show us which one of your 5 layers has effectively 155 frames (existing instances),
we can see only 2 of them, both have only a single frame, ... not enough to make a moving camera.

Re: Camera tool is dead!

hi David,
how long (how much frames) is your current clip ?
have you checked if you have [Mark-in] and [Mark-out] set inadvertently on the same frame ?
can you post a screengrab ?

Re: Linked Instances

and to complete the answer, if you have a mind to upgrade one day to the last V.11, you will find an icon like this : http://www.tvpaint.com/doc/tvp11/images/en/icons/HandyPanelInstancesApplySameName-x2.png in the Handy Panel, I think it does exactly what you're looking for. with this button, ... yo...

Re: Color Calibration? And Dual Monitor Color Calibration?

I had this problem too, dual monitor config (one Dell , the other Belinea ), with quite different displays rendering with their factory (default) settings. I had to use a colorimeter device to analyse and set the RGB colors balance of each monitor, and make them match (as close as possible). I used ...

hi 2dbert, I'm not on mac, but here's how it works on my PC : - check on AutoFit, the [F] button on the side of the View window, - enable "FullScreen" View (shortcut = V), - then, click the little arrow of the timeline window : timeline-Arrow.png now if you grab the timeline head-bar up or...

Re: A simple camera move. How??

... On a separate subject, in the Keyframer, having designed a move successfully, how do I control the ease in and out curve the way I want? That's not immediately clear. in the KeyFramer_FX, you have to enable the Progress Profile (see pict.), progressprofile.png then, double-clic the curve thumbn...

Re: A simple camera move. How??

... I'm not sure about the the last instruction about deleting the merged layer and then applying them to the layers. Why do that if it works on the merged version? because in some circonstances, you need to keep your animation un-merged, (f.i. when you foresee to apply some FX such as a color-corr...

Re: Mac and PC has different default blue color

both are working on any platform,
but take care, the Blue-Erase of one panel won't work correctly on blue lines drawn with the other,
(the 2 blue pencils being slightly different, their related blue-eraser are different commands as well).

Re: A simple camera move. How??

my couple of work-arounds : 1) the Camera tool route : for a A>B>C>D move with some holds on B and C, - I split the Clip in 3 clips, A>B, B>C, C>D, then, you will have to set 3 simple (2 pts) moves, - set Frame A and Frame B into the first clip, - go to next clip, "RMB/copy last point of previo...
