Re: Import Video footage with audio track
I don't think that's the case here though because TVP does import the audio track if I import the video as a clip. It only ignores the audio if I import it as a layer.

Re: Pinning CTG Edit Color window
Oh, never mind! I was playing around with CTG's Edit Color a minute ago and realized I misunderstood the UI and was using it incorrectly. I think I have it figured out now. In case anybody is wondering, the panel was undocked and after I enabled 'Use These Colors Only', the palette docked itself in ...

Pinning CTG Edit Color window
Hi, This is probably a very basic question, so my apologies in advance. Here goes: I was teaching my daughter how to use CTG and we were wondering: is there a way to pin the CTG color palette window so that it doesn't completely close and go away when we click another layer? It was frustrating that ...

Re: Using Library for global access?
Ok, thanks, guys. I was afraid of that but it's good to hear this confirmed. I hope the library can be improved to accommodate global usage in the future.
I would certainly use it this way.

Re: Moving Open Project Tabs
Thanks for responding guys.
Yes, this will be a useful enhancement, and I'm glad to hear the team has been looking into it. Will look for it in a future release then. Good luck!

Using Library for global access?
I know the Library is, by design, limited to a project file. But is there a way to make it work globally so the Library files can be accessed by any project, including new projects?
Thanks in advance for any helpful info.

Import Video footage with audio track
I'm not sure if this is a bug but when I import a video footage file and enable Import Audio, the video data is imported but the audio data is ignored. As a workaround, I've been importing the footage as a Clip instead, which does import the audio data as a separate layer. However, I always need to ...

Moving Open Project Tabs
Quick question: Can the order of the tabs for open project files be dragged and re-ordered? For example, if I have tabs reading from left to right: 's001, bg005, s003, bg004, s002', is there a way to drag them to read 's001, s002, s003, bg004, bg005'? At the moment, I have a lot of tabs open and it ...

Re: Question about footage import
Thanks for the explanation! That was very helpful.
It did make more sense to me to use Import to Layer but because the audio didn't also get imported after enabling the option, I thought maybe I was importing the footage incorrectly. As you noted, perhaps this is a bug?

Re: Question about footage import
A little more info. When I create the new project file, there is a blank layer already there of course. I'm guessing when I import the video footage, it's replacing this blank clip, at least on the Clip Timeline. Which may explain why I see two items on the timeline under the Project tab. What I don...

Question about footage import
I have a question about importing video footage with audio into TV Paint. I'm helping my daughter set up scenes for her to animate for a school project. She created an animatic in a video editor and we exported all the scenes as individual video clips with audio, which I'm importing to TV Paint for ...

Re: How to delete template
Ah, I found them. Located here: C:\Users\[User Account]\AppData\Roaming\tvp animation 11 pro\default\templates The directory will need to be unhidden by the user to find this, of course. It will still be more helpful if we got a UI button for this. Thanks in advance for considering this feature requ...

How to delete template
Hi, I was wondering how does one delete a custom template? I see how to save a template but I haven't seen info on removing a template that's no longer needed. I thought it would be a matter of going into the template directory but I only see the default templates there, not custom ones. Then I thou...
