I had been using a Wacom Ultrapad (size A5) on Amiga 1200 for years before I switch to PC, but never tried TVPaint on it...

A priori la seule (?) solution serait d'afficher le calque seul, de capturer ton élément en brosse avec l'option "optimiser" cochée et l'enregistrer sans l'option background afin de préserver la transparence.

Did you check "Line Smoothing"?

It doesn't work on "plain" colours, the FX needs shapes (with borders) in order to apply the brush on the edge.
