You have to create a project with two scenes in the project tab (see screenshot, first point).

I just wanted to report a bug.

When you export as MOV and use "Mark IN and/or Mark OUT" the sound always plays from the first frame and not from the mark points.
It works fine when you export as AVI, though.

I am using imageoptim now all the time but it is for MAC only.

Just through your PNGs in that app before you import them in TVPaint.
