There is no calibration tool for Android in the software. The calibration is made independently, depending on which hardware you use (Wacom tablets or others).

Once your palette is deleted, there is no way to retrieve it.
I strongly advise you to save your palettes or change them into custom panels which you save and export and are contained as a file in the configuration directory.

If you are talking about the Anti-Aliasing FX, it is not available in the version 10.
Otherwise, you have access to an Anti-Aliasing option that you can activate for most of the drawing tools.

The solutions you brought up are the better ways to cope with large projects. Using an extra view on the side at 100% or using the navigator are best.
We don't want to remove any possibility of use of the current zoom for the sake of all the users.

It is not currently possible to add new FX Stack windows in the software interface, if that is what you are asking.

However, you can save, export and import FX Stack presets which you can share, modify and keep within your configuration to use later again.
