I have a 4k monitor. The interface of TVPaint is super tiny. How can I change that?

You can change the resolution scaling by going to the Preferences panel (Edit > Preferences main menu, or Shift+D), then in the Interface tab.
Change the "Resolution scaling" from 1 to 2, and the interface should be bigger for you.
