My file is corrupted and need some help

Hi, I shut down my computer unexpectedly, and my file seems damaged and can’t open it.
(My friend have happened that about one month ago, and it happened on me yesterday...)
So I come here to look for some help, thanks !!!

First of all, try to update your software, we did a lot of updates and bugfixes in version 9 after v9.5.3.
Go to the "Help" main menu, and then "Check for updates".

I've update my TVpaint, But the file still can't be opened.
Is there any way to recovery the damaged file?

Hmm. This happened to a friend of yours about a month ago and you still don't backup your works-in-progress? Seems like the FIRST thing you should do is learn how to save multiple copies of your project, then do that every time you save...

I did save a backup, but it's three days ago. I still lost some of my progress.
I think I will save backup more often...

ok, so, send me your file with your lock-code , using a Private Message (PM) in the forum.
EDIT : file recovered, problem solved.
