Dongle doesn't seem to work

Hi there,
For some reason my Dongle isn't working. The other day i was working like i always do and the following day it didnt work when i was opening my TV paint.
I checked the FAQ and also here in the forum.
The message i got was this: The dongle isn't present in the USB drive..
It happens more and more recently and i don't understand why?

Have a look at the dongle: does the green light work? If not: try at a different USB port on your computer.
