downloading to windows? [solved]

Recently my windows machine died. I would like to reinstall TVPaint 10.3 to a new asus laptop. Please walk me through how to do this. I have the dongle and unlock code and serial number.

• Go here => http://www.tvpaint.com/v2/content/artic ... update.php
• Enter your activation codes
• Download and install TVPaint + Sentinel drivers
• reboot your computer if you are using a Windows
• plug in the dongle
• start TVPaint
• enter your activation codes
• enjoy :D
