I used Cinema 4D to projection map. It works great with TVP.

TVP opens right from the Cinema 4D interface.

I can't find an adequate example to link to. Sorry.

I have scanned the Cinema 4D Projection Man Tutorial. Here are the first 3 pages of 5 total. Follow the instructions, and replace the word Photoshop with TVPaint.

Projection mapping:

For those not aware of Projection Mapping, it allows you to project an image onto 3D geometry. By geometry, I mean 3D shapes inside a 3D animation program like Cinema 4D.

I created the shapes in Cinema 4D. The program then connected with TV Paint. The shapes appeared in TV Paint, and I drew the squares and dots over them.
I saved my TV Paint scribbles as a .PNG and I closed TV Paint.
Cinema 4D took the .PNG artwork and "projected" it onto the cubes.
Then I created the swooping camera move.

Because I love crane shots so much, and Hitchcock style camera movement, I plan to use this feature a lot.

You'll notice there is a little slippage of the TV Paint image... there are limits to projection mapping, and I am learning them.

Here's a similar concept using Blender -- you take any bitmapped image and project it into 3D space onto objects, kind of a "hyper multiplane camera".

Right, it is a kind of "hyper multiplane camera." I plan to use the technique to save time.

Of course, one can always paint textures in TV paint and apply it to 3D geometry. I use TVP for that purpose too.

But my favorite thing to do with TVP is still 2D animation. :D

Thank you all, for your support, By Video Projection mapping what i really mean is, a process where you project video and animations on a buildings and 3D surface, Being an animation + painting package I wonder if TVP can do it easily. have a look
