assigned shortcuts color missing?

hi all-
i'm using tvp 10.5.7 now, and when viewing the keyboard shortcut windows, my already configured keys/functions would be green; the unassigned would be black. now all are black regardless, which makes it impossible to see which are which. is that a pref i can fix? or a change in the software?
