yea, but if you're the only one here who likes the idea, it probably will never been realized, no matter how good/useful the idea really is.

If the concept is unclear, having several testimonies is useful (some requests are complex to satisfy because of their complexity, so we must know if it's worth it and if many people agree).

But if the idea has a point, that's not true and almost unfair to say that. Many improvements made in TVPaint come from only one person's idea or even from our staff directly...

Yea, you're right, sometimes only one person made a suggestion here and it was added.
