Thank you , Patrice. I finally figured it out . I was doing something stupid, not following the directions !

I think I was confused because for some reason I thought I was supposed to name the file to be saved as .mov file . When I named it Demo_Test.mov then it couldn't save properly . I think I was mixing up the procedure with other screen capture programs that I've used in the past like SnapZ Pro where it saves the screen capture file as .mov .

Animator, TVPaint Beta-Tester, Animation Educator and Consultant.
MacOS 12.7.1 Monterey , Mac Mini (2018) , 3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7,
16 GB RAM , TVPaint PRO 11.7.1 - 64bit , Wacom Cintiq 21UX 2nd Gen.
,Wacom Intuos Pro 5 , Wacom driver version 6.3.39-1

Hi,

I'm sorry, I know this is a really old post. How do I play back the .dip file and convert it to a video format which I can use? Like quicktime .mov?

what happen when you load your anim-demo .dip file as a new project,
then export it as a quicktime video (.mov file) ?
