Moving sound with frame padding

Hey !
Right now we can move the sound with a lot of flexibility at subframe distances but I'd like an option to clic drag sound frame by frame, it's like that in editing programs and it permits an easier workflow with guys working on sound cause we always use the timecode as a reference to sync everything.
