GEORGE cmd: Toggle Show TC (timecode/frame#) display ON/OFF

Requesting a GEORGE command that toggles the Show TC checkbox in the Preview Settings Panel.
And, Button command and Shortcut key to do the same thing.
Maybe the tv_TCMode command could be enhanced to include ON|OFF parameter?
