Adjustable Cursor Size and Customizable Image Cursor

I like to use the 'Point' Cursor of Tvpaint. But there are times it's hard to see and very bright value drawings. Is there a way to adjust the size of the 'Point' Cursor. If I were to use 4K Resolution if like the cursor might disappear or be too small to see, which I'm a afraid of. I tried the other the cursors but to me it doesn't seem to work well for me because I do alot of measure in my drawing and need that pin point kind of accuracy, and also hard to pick up the flow with the other cursors. The other I was if you can customize I would like to add a cute lil character on the very lower right of of the 'Point' Cursor, cursor in general, when I stream the cursor might attract a couple of viewers. It be nice if can also be animated .GIF or .WEBP cursor as well for the cursor. The point cursor blinks/flickers like a Metronome so I can measure the pace on how fast I draw and try to speed up my drawing speed. Also animate the lil char of the cursor as well.
