Wes Anderson's "Isle of Dogs"

Post by D.T. Nethery »

The new movie "Isle of Dogs" , directed by Wes Anderson, is mostly stop-motion puppet animation, but there are a number of shots with drawn animation.

I noticed that TVPaint has a credit at the end of the film and many of the animators credited for the 2D Animation sequences are veteran TVPaint users. (I recall Geoff King's and Aya Suzuki's names , and several others who have worked on films such as "Song of the Sea" , "Ethel & Ernest" , "We're Going on a Bear Hunt" which used TVPaint).
