Inbetweening on some Preston Blair drawings

I took 12 drawings from Preston Blairs "Advanced Animation" and registered them in TVPaint, then did FX->Scan Cleaner.
I then attempted to add the missing drawings as an exercise. The drawings with blue numbers are mine. Even though the numbering is on 1's (has even numbers), it appears that the correct speed is 12fps and not 24.
