Did you get a confirmation from PayPal or TVPaint that your payment had been processed ? Then you should be receiving the software license dongle in the mail soon (I'm sure within the 14 days) and your Unlock codes in an email from TVPaint. If you haven't heard anything about your payment being processed or received your Unlock code then contact them here:
