About Ghibli studio, there will be a special projection of "Nausicaä" in June 10th for the closing of the MIFA. And I can't go there...

There is a new set of DVD from the Studio Ghibli edited by Wild Side Kids : "The treasure of the Japaneese animation".
It contains :
"The big adventure of the Hols", the first film of Isao Takahata.
"The king Leo", the film which has inspired the "Lion King" from Disney.
"Chie, the brat", a great comedy by Isao Takahata.
It contains :

Hi Guys.
The first and third movie are from Takahata (Ghibli), but the second movie is a movie realised by Yoshio Takeuchi (Cobra, Cat's Eyes) for Tezuka Production.
Studio Ghibli made for sure wonderful animations, but also were the adaptations from Tezuka Production! (Astro Boy, Black Jack, Unico, Metropolis, Hi no Tori, ... )
ps: i don't even believe that Horus and Kie are Ghibli productions. But Takahata is for sure working for Ghibli!!
