Question about slate/pad apps.

Hello everyone, I have no experience with slates or pads computing. I would like to know how to install i.e. TVPaint 10.0 on an iPad or a
Samsung tablet. It would be my dream to have a digital sketchpad dedicated to drawing and painting ONLY. Any knowledgeable advice or examples? Any users of this combination?

No TVPaint available to run on iPad or Android tablets at the moment .

However, I have seen and briefly used this Samsung Series 7 Slate computer (Windows 7) -

A friend of mine has this slate and he has TVPaint installed on it (also ArtRage) and I was able to briefly play around with it. Based on my brief experience with it I would probably be inclined to purchase the Samsung Series 7 Slate if I had the money , which at the moment I do not.
