Soon it will be possible to run TVPaint 10 on the Commodore Amiga again!

Comodore's fans frequently asked us for adapting TVPaint on that reborn OS. This is the first time I can see a video about it and I must say this is nice and impressive (except for the video games *hum* ).

But well, you know how it works here : a little team for so many things to do ! If the new Commodore's community grows up, whuy not ? But at the moment, we have to be focus on Mac 64 bits, Ubuntu 12.04, Androïd evolutions... and be prepared to the future Windows 8 and Mac Lion Mountain 10.8 !

I'll download the new Amiga OS (which looks like it is just rebranded Ubuntu Linux, it should install on any x86 hardware) and try TVPaint on it.

TVPaint runs very well on Ubuntu 12.04, BTW. I haven't run into any issues yet.

I'm just giggling over this Amiga OS... it's really Linux Mint underneath, but fixed up to look like an Amiga! It even has a free clone of Deluxe Paint called "GrafX2" and some silly mod trackers and other retro stuff from the good ol' days. I downloaded the LiveDVD and started it up under VirtualBox.

Here's a screen shot, with a CLI window:
