Hmm, I think we can not find them in Europe or USA. They probably don't exist anymore.

Via the european Wacom estore (inkling product page), you can read this :
Dear customer,

Here is some more information about the whereabouts of the Inkling.

We fully understand that you are not satisfied with the availability and the shipping timing, we are really sorry for that.

The Inkling is a new product innovation - and due to the overwhelming demand combined with the actual shortfalls in delivery from our factory we face some serious delays in delivery.

We are sorry for this inconvenience and do our best to solve the challenges with the supply situation as soon as possible.

Here are some facts and details about the Inkling:

The production of Inkling is slower than planned, means per week we get less Inklings than planned, that’s why it takes longer than expected to fulfil the whole delivery and to serve all customers who already pre-ordered at once.

The first tranche to our customers was shipped on October 6.

The second tranche will be shipped within this week. The next tranche is planned for end October.

The ones, who ordered first, are getting their Inkling first. We are convinced that this is the best and fairest way to treat the Inkling customers and we promise that everybody is treated fair and respectfully.

This information concerns the Wacom Europe eStore.
At this moment we can’t promise you an exact date when the Inkling will be in stores in the different European regions. Sorry again for not being able so serve all the demand immediately.
We will keep you informed about news regarding the supply situation.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
We are working hard to improve the supply and delivery situation.

Greetings Wacom Europe

Temporarily out of stock.

You should be better to ask that question for Amazon customer service.

Yeah, I know, it had that message when I ordered. It means Amazon doesn't know when they will get their stock (otherwise, they have a date for pre-ordered items)

Wacom has changed the release date, at least in the US, to mid-November now. D'oh!

I think that "Inkling" will not support multicolored input.

"Inkling" uses layer structure for range specification of highlight and shadow by "WACOM Inkling Sketch Manager".
And it performs a more complicated coloring by other application that convert and import function has.
Actually, it is specified for a product introduction.

When PC and Mac with TVPaint are not usable in winter rolling blackouts by my region energy saving policy,
I turn on a charge-type LED lantern and continue drawing with 180 Japanese yen / 160 pages B5 sketching notebook.
(In Japan, sunset of the winter at 4:00 p.m.)

At the time, "Inkling" helps us.
I do not need color because I'm enough if I can draw even line art when I'm analog phase in.
