Well, when using the end of the pen, you just have to select 'Erase' as painting mode, set the size you want (say 10, connected on Pressure), 100% for power and opacity (no connection), then it should erase now, so when turning back to the pen tip, you can draw ('color' mode),... upside-down your pen, and you erase (basically = draw in 'erase' mode), TVP Animation keep in mind your settings as 2 different pens.
