Erase the content of an image instance

It is important to make the distinction between deleting / adding the content of an instance or a layer and deleting / adding expositions in a layer.

It is possible to erase the content of the current image in the current layer without using the Eraser tool or the Erase mode of the drawing tools.

To do this, just click on the icon of the Main panel opposite or use the shortcut [Backspace].

Using the erase button of the main panel on the head cell of an instance erases its content.

Of course, this option only affects the current image of the current layer. Other images and Layers will stay intact.

Be careful, if you use the erase button of the main panel on an exposure cell instead of an instance head, the instance will break into two smaller instances.
