I would imagine that is there some kind of log of what's happening in the software that maybe we can provide you; or otherwise some other informations that we can share to help you identify where is the problem. Wait, I don't get it; if three people reported this problem here, using a mac with different cintiqs and this issue happens only in tvp11, the problem somewhere exists. How am I supposed to discover where does it come from??

I'm having this problem too when switching to another app and coming back to tvp, pen keeps working fine outside of tvp but not in tvp, after clicking a few times with the mouse in tvp pen "randomly" works again, it is super annoying!

Ok, partly I solved the customization on cintiq hybrid buttons; updating wacom android software I saw that in the tvp shortcut preferences now I can customize six buttons of the cintiq... great!
I don't know if it is possible to customize the second pen button, I still didn't find a way.
