How can I have a custom panel stuck to my workspace for the all projects?

Hello, I have another problem with multiple stages. It somehow zoomed in and I do not know how to zoom out again. As you mentioned, it is each time the way it was set up, so it does not solve by closing the program. what should I do?

Me also have the same problem on my surface 7 Pro.

But also another problem that bothers me even more. if I don't use my pen for half an hour for example and again I want to draw with the pen, nothing responds in the program. Impossible to draw anything, the application freezes completely.

I set different settings, tried with different Bookmarks, Imagemarks, but I can't see any change while scrolling the time-indicator or while play the project. Can some...

Im using TV Paint 11.7 and have the same problem. I wanted to ckeck the "inlay Texture" effect and the pragram crashed. I tried several times. Every time the same happened. should I totally forget this effect or anyone has a solution for it?
