Re: Default settings for cutbrush tool

Thanks ZigOtto, it was indeed a custom painting tool that changed the settings. And the reset button does the trick for me.

Re: Default settings for cutbrush tool

Ok, but now when I work with the cutbrush tool (with the 'keep' option selected in the cutbrush tool panel) the size and the opacity values jump to different one than what I selected. See below. This only happens after working in TVP for some time ( couple of hours, or so...) http://www.xs4all.nl/~s...

Default settings for cutbrush tool

Hello dear TVP friends, I hope I am not asking a silly question here... Whenever I use the cutbrush tool to cut and paste areas of a drawing/image in my project window, the options in the 'Tools : CustumBrush' window jump to their default settings. I am wondering if these default settings can be cha...

Re: Grouping layers,

One of my other greatest wishes was to have more natural media brushes, and that problem has been solved now with the new possibilities for the brushes. Do you mean the new watercolour brushes (http://www.tvpaint.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2663). Or all the brushes in TVPaint-9 altogether ? (I ...

shortcut key resizing AirBrush or PencilBrush ?

Is anybody aware of what the keyboard shortcut is for resizing an Airbrush tool or Pencilbrush tool ? Till now I have only found a way to do it with a CustomBrush tool (z-key)..?
Or do I have to convert my preferred Airbrushes and PencilBrushes to Custombrushes (if that's possible) ?

Re: multiplane camera requests

Yes, makes sense to me too. The 3D software I have worked with before (Cinema 4D) had these functionalities and it made it very intuitive, and easy, to operate a (virtual) camera. It would also be great to have the multiplane environment have more 3D capabilities, where you can (for instance) rotate...

Re: Scanning Directly into TVPAINT

Hello DT and ZigOtto,

I am using a HP scanjet 8200 and the Twain software that I downloaded from the HP-website for this type of scanner. No autofeeder, I am manually changing the animation paper. And I have "append to current layer" ticked on in the "File > Twain" pulldown menu.

Scanning Animation in TV Paint

Hello Everybody, I'm new here. I have been lurking around for some time trying to find out if TV Paint is for me. I love the program, though. And I especially love the way it's design seems to be oriented toward animators (as opposed to graphic designers). At the moment I'm fiddling around with the ...
