I think TVPaint uses an RGB code from memory, the colour panel can tell you the number. I'll check later today.
I don't see the color code for RGB. The numbers that melanie gave goes up 7225, four digits.

Re: Bug: Unable to Modify "Magic Blue Eraser" Tool from Sketch Panel

So I made a new custom brush and it uses AAliasing. I thought I would get reply after my latest post but got nothing after a long time. How do set up magic eraser to erase over my AAliasing lines and retain the line quality without having it line thicken and loses it's quality? Also how do I underst...

Possible to Add A.I. StyleGAN(Generative Adversarial Network) to TVPaint? Updated 6-18-2020

I know this is crazy to request something this big. But is possible to add AI to TVPaint? It might be beyond knowledge and understanding. Here are the videos for StyleGAN https://twitter.com/roadrunning01/status/1095151658034757633 https://twitter.com/_Ryobot/status/1096565388165300225 It seems grea...

Re: Suggestion: More Accurate Wet Profile and Other Profiles when Tweaking

30 points? wow. That must take a while. Can you post a screen shot of what that looks like? Actually, the 3 line script was simply to show that the WetProfile curve points were accessible. The script to let you interactively modify values would take a few more lines... Maybe someone who scripts in ...

Re: Suggestion: More Accurate Wet Profile and Other Profiles when Tweaking

One could make a simple Button/Script that would read the current brush's WetProfile, let the user edit-tweak or add more values, then install the new values to the WetProfile for the brush. Here is a simple embedded script that will read and display a brush's current WetProfile settings: tv_BrushR...

Re: Image Quality Downgrades when Scaling Down from the Camera from the Original Project

I disagree. TVP's basic unit is the pixel, because we work for film and screen. I find that in whatever zoom I watch, the project view gives me an accurate impression. So no complaints here from my side. I calculate all my assets in absolute pixel dimension because these will be correct in between ...

Re: Image Quality Downgrades when Scaling Down from the Camera from the Original Project

(You don't use any DPI setting for web, it's exclusively for print.) So you have some large images with a border and want to scale them down to small images without border, correct? Open a project with the large images. Use the crop tool to cut out the image area. Export the new project in the desi...

Re: I can't see the drawing area

I set the drawing area 2times bigger than camera view. but even if I set that when I make new project, I still can't see the drawing area. is there any way to show drawing area? I can't find anything related with it. Do you have you have your Navigator Panel Open? Windows - > Show -> Navigator You ...

Image Quality Downgrades when Scaling Down from the Camera from the Original Project

So I'm doing prints 2438 x 3038 (8.13 x 10.13 inches 300 DPI) with the bleed area. And want to scale it down to 96 DPI for web viewing with the bleed area left out 768 x 960 ( 8 x 10 inches 96 DPI). When I use the set the camera tool up to crop the image then export the image through camera view, th...

Suggestion: More Accurate Wet Profile and Other Profiles when Tweaking

I was wondering if you can add measurement coordinates on the wet profile or the other profiles to make it less subjective when tweaking it. Like you can see the number to 1 to 1000, 1 to 10,000, or 1 to 100 or any number, or if you want, make it have decimals for the coordinates. Also can add movem...

Re: Bug: Using Dodge and Burn Mode on CustomBrush becomes Blocky

Nevermind I fixed the problem. It was the Wet Profile. It was the first row in Wet Profile, when you set the it 100% and the rest after the first row to normal range that cause the bug. Maybe TVPaint can fix it to find the bug.

Maybe you've cut the custom brush with display, or the layer around was not completely transparent.
Nope it's not with display. Multiply and screen seems to work but I don't know Dodge and Burn don't work. Could my Wet Profile setup that's affecting it? Do you anything about it?

Bug: Using Dodge and Burn Mode on CustomBrush becomes Blocky

There seems to bug in when using Dodge Mode and Burn Mode on Custom Brush. Everytime I use it there is an annoying tinted square background of the custorm brush. I can't seem to get rid of it. Here's an image of it. https://i.imgur.com/SNadhCt.png Regular Mode is fine, but if you look at the tinted ...

Possible to Learn from Japan Animation Studio? How do I contact MD Signal or Xebec?

I give up. I've trying to self-teach myself to draw anime animation and there's no luck after all these year since TVPaint 10. I was wondering is possible to learn from Japanese Anime Studio? The best so far for me would probably be Xebec. I think that pay is decent for for $1095 and I'll settle eve...
