This does seem to be a dead end. There has been no attempt except in lip service to alievate this sparcety of tutorials. Perhaps as time passes this will all be a moot question........................

Recently my windows machine died. I would like to reinstall TVPaint 10.3 to a new asus laptop. Please walk me through how to do this. I have the dongle and unlock code and serial number.

:( Fabrice and team, It seems that on the mac version of 10.2 each time the program is started unlock code and user name is needed to start. Can use in trial mode. Each time I start TVPaint 10-02 I am required to input unlock code and my user name. Is this related to the next update for the mac vers...

Recently I purchased TVPaint 10. Works beautifully. Downloaded the 10.2 version and when asked to input unlock code (correctly) will not accept and defaults to previous screen. Is the dongle partially or fully responsible? I am at a loss as to why after the original worked, the update does not?????

Thank you to all who replied and commented on this thread. I am again so happy with the forum and the people who inhabit it. My hope is that the tutorial base will increase and does not become a lip-service response ( as happens in human interaction).

Has there been an idea to pay users to create tutorials? Hire some people to do specifically one thing, tutorials. Expand by investing in teaching talent. There are users who submit tutorials, why not hire them? Lemac or Paul F.comes to mind as teachers. Money is needed in order to accomplish this. ...

I would like to re-download version 10 of TVPaint for use on my axiotron mod book. How do I do this? The only code I see on the splash screen of my other copy does not differentiate between lock code and unlock code. I gives me a user name and 14 alphanumeric code.....
