TVPaint Animation 10.5.7 64 bits does not run on Mojave, but the 32 bits version does.

What is your software version?
You can see it in Help > About TVPaint Animation, at the top of the generated window.

Choose the tool you want to use with the nib of your pen and choose the eraser and size you want to assign to it directly with the eraser end.

The size of the software interface depends on your screen resolution.

Go to Edit > Preferences > Interface, lower the resolution scaling, click on OK and restart the software.

You can't load your guidelines in other clips.
But if you wish to get the same image guideline in another clip, the image should be stored in the library. Images in the library are accessible through different clips.
You can then load your image in the guideline from the library.

Hello Bruce,

Turn your stylus to use your upper button to erase. If you want to change the size of the eraser, keep using the upper button to change the size parameter.
Every time you will erase, it will keep the changes you made.
