Hello everyone,

Here's a tip to improve the display on the new Mobile Studio Pro.
Go to where TVPaint Animation is installed, then right click on "TVPaint Animation 11 Pro (64 bits).exe", and click on "Properties".
Then, go to the "Compatibility" tab, and check the Disable display scaling on high DPI settings

You can also change the scaling in TVPaint Animation (especially on the MSP 16 which is 4K).
Go to the Preferences panel (by default Shift+D, or Edit > Preferences), then go in the "Interface" tab, and change the "Resolution scaling" from 1 to 2:

How do you like the Mobile Studio Pro? I thought about getting one while traveling last year, but opted for a wacom tablet to use with laptop instead.

I have a Cintiq Companion 2 and I find it very cumbersome, heavy and sluggish, not to mention the horrifity of Windows mobile OS and the need to carry a whole bag of periferies, like keyboard, mouse and a tonn of cables... Is Mobile studio any different?

So after some time I can finally answer my own question: I have bought a Mobile Studio Pro 16" and I can say that so far I like it much more than Companion 2. But I can point out already one major drawback - it's the new touch ring. It's too sensitive and unprecise to be used properly. I can't rely on it. I prefer the rocker ring on Companion 2, which acted just like normal buttons. Ah, and the good old usb ports kissed good bye - had to urgently buy a usb-c to usb adapter to be able to use the dongle. Amount of peripherals to carry around remained kind of the same... But the tablet itself is much more pleasant to work with.
You can ask me more about it if interested

I can second everything you mentioned. The touch ring is really unusable, but I love the 16" compared to the 13" and working on the "new" display is so much nicer

And by the way - don't buy the original Wacom stand - it's just outrageusly expensive and unusable piece of bad design - I have no idea how Wacom came up with it and why do they continue producing them.
I bought a simple stand for 15€ and am very happy with it (one like this: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B ... UTF8&psc=1)

Hehe I second this too and use the same stand than Soom uses. Also don't buy the original travel case which is also really overpriced. I picked up this one from Kayond in 17" for a fracture of the price. But it also fits in the 15" laptop compartment of my backpack

that's right - the original Wacom case actually cannot fit all the peripherals, which is totally ridiculous! I was astonished when I had Cintiq Companion 2, that I cannot stuff the cable inside the case and had to carry it separately
