Need line smoothing but then line not from cursor

hi Thierry - Remember a few months back- I had to turn off line smoothing to make the line not be 1/2 an inch from the cursor when i draw -Well i still have that problem and i just updated to the latest TVp driver
11.3 - ( working on a mac pro running seirra ) My project must have the smooth line - its a software demo and a moving logo - Can you help me solve the problem ? Its really hard to animate when the line starts so far from the pen tip .
