Interface scale too small or too big

Hello,
I have recently started using a new computer with 15' screen (windows 10).
Tvpaint 11 standart interface resolution is very small now and makes it hard to work.
I tried changing the interface scale to 2 in the preferences but then it's too big. ^^"
Is there a way to change the scale to something a bit bigger? without having to change the whole windows resolution...
