Hey Folks!
Hope everyone is fine out there.

I have a problem about software. I am using MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.6 (18G103). After installation I opened the software but didn't show up lock code panel or anything. It was only a grey screen and nothing came up after a while waiting. I tried to delete & upload a few times again but having still same problem and couldn't find any archives yet about this. Some of my co-workers/class mates had same problem with their Mac.

Here is;

Not sure if it's the right article to ask about that but since I have to join my online classes during this situation and trying to solve my problem as quick as possible.
I would be appreciate if anyone can help or any idea about solution.

Thank you.

Hi !

I see you are using TVPaint Animation 10 Pro, is it the 64bits version ?
Unfortunaly, the 64bits of TVPaint 10 version does not work on MacOS Mojave, but the 32bits version should works. Could you try it please ?

On MacOS 10.15 and higher (Catalina) only TVPaint 11 in 64bits version will works.

Hello again,

After I updated my Macbook to MacOS Catalina Version: 10.15.3 (19D76). I downloaded 32bits version and unfortunately had different problem this time. Whenever I tried to Install ''Sentinel Protection Installer'' (the 3. step) to my hard disk (El Capitan) it comes up with this admonition panel;

Any help & suggestion would be great again.
Thank you!

In the case of MacOS 10.15, TVPaint 64bit Standard exists because 32bit Application cannot be used.
However, this version (TVPaint 11.0.9) is unstable, and the development staff is currently preparing an improved version.
With the attention that the hardware key driver (Sentinel Driver) has also changed in this version.

If possible, I recommend using TVPaint 11.0.8 32bit Standard on MacOS 10.13.

Eure Roselle2
