Tablet not working on TVPaint until I plug it in again

So first of all, I'm fairly new to the forum, so hello!
I bought TVPaint some weeks ago and it's been awesome working in it
I searched through the forums and couldn't find a topic relating to this ^^'
I have noticed that whenever I open TVPaint and my tablet is connected, it doesn't register the clicks I do, and I have to plug it again, I've also tried just opening TVPaint without the tablet plugged in, but once I do plug it, it doesn't register the clicks, I unplug and plug it again and then it does work...
It also happens when a while has gone by without moving my tablet.
My tablet isn't wireless (Wacom) and my computer is updated to macOS Catalina, I have TVPaint Pro 11.
Not sure if there's anyone else who has this problem/bug...?
