Is it possible to change location of config folder?

Hi all,
For reasons I won't go into - I need to store my config folder somewhere outside the usual location.

When TVPaint starts up it seems to look inside the following folder:

"C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\tvp animation 11"

There is a file there called "settings.ini" which points to the desired subfolder that contains all my brushes, scripts, etc.... Usually it looks like this:

I know that I can change "default" to something like "my_config" and TVPaint it will look for or create a "my_config" folder to use as the config.

However, when I try changing the value "default" to a folder path elsewhere on my system, TVPaint won't start up.

Does the config folder need to always be in"C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\tvp animation 11" next to "settings.ini" or should I be able to change the location to anywhere on my machine by editing the settings.ini file?

If not, this is a feature request for custom config location

Open TVPaint preferences, then go to the Startup tab. Change the "startup configuration" to "open startup panel", then restart TVPaint.

At startup you should have this tiny panel that lets you choose your config location :

Well that's how I assumed it should work ... but this panel doesn't seem very accurate.

Yes you're right, sorry: I checked the code and it's available on pro versions only.

What's not accurate about it?

I mean that it doesn't seem to relocate your config folder anyway.
